There aren’t enough hours to teach the basics or catch up. Not an excuse or gripe, but an observation. So, I’ve told our High School team I am creating video breakdowns to help, hopefully to;

#1 Help reinforce teachings in person

#2 Demonstrate good examples of what is being asked

#2 Encourage / normalize watching basketball (no one watches full games)

#4 Be better prepared

#5 Win games
